Your question will be answered thoughtfully and intuitively based on the energy surrounding the connection.
Cancellation Policy
*Booking & Rescheduling Policy* Thank you so much for choosing my services! Please take a moment to review the policy below before booking. *No Refunds* All readings and services are final sale. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances. *Rescheduling* * If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. You may reschedule once at no additional cost. * Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once. * If an appointment is missed, please contact me within 7 days to reschedule. After that time, the session will be forfeited. *Store Credit* * In certain situations, store credit may be offered instead of rescheduling. * Store credit may be used toward candle work, soaps, or any other items available in my storefront. * The value of the store credit does not change or decrease. * Store credit is valid for one (1) year from the issue date. After one year, any unused balance will be forfeited. * Store credit has **no cash value** and cannot be refunded. *Personal Information* Some services require personal details (such as your full name, date of birth, and birth time). If you’re not comfortable sharing this information, please choose a different service. Refunds will not be issued if required information is not provided after booking. Your personal information will never be shared with anyone under any circumstances and will be deleted from my database upon service completion. *Agreement* By booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
